This is the most difficult route, because of the continous up and down that get to 2015
meters of total ascent.
The starting point is located along the S.S. 125, at the km. 24, where we turn left to
the "Burranca" hotel.
With the helmets fasted on our head, we begin the excursion along the ascent which turn on the
right and follow in a short descent to a cross where we go straight to the "M. Arrundili" climb.
The slope is very hard and after an "Y" cross where we turn left, we arrive at the top
to begin a short dowh hill that drive us to a little clearing where we turn on the right
to drive along a track that climb to "Arcu su Scofu" (615) on the asphalted road to Burcei.
After 1,8 km. we turn right on an off road descent with many funny hiding bends.
Now we run on a light climb that turn around the "Monte Iscalas" (710) on the left
and arrive at the asphalted road coming down from Burcei, where we turn right for 500 meters
and turn right after a little bridge, on an off road ascent to M. Idda (740) and Br.cu Tronu (715)
where we arrive running on a track that turn on the left across the peaks from which we can see
a marvelous landscape on the Sarrabus lands.
From Br.cu Tronu we run on a descent track on the left that drive us to Arcu S'Arenada
(540), a little clearing where on the left begin a very disconnected single track
that get down to Brabaisu river (200). Unfortunately the last rains destroied most of the
track that now is a good trekking way!
After 2,5 Km. we arrive to a track, we turn right to an old bilding near the Brabaisu river.
We eat, drink and start again going back along the track and following the long ascent that
runs on the side of the river that flow in a big canyon.
After the end of the climb in Arcu su Fenu we run on along an asphalted road
thet drive us to Burcei where we turn right along the way to P.ta Serpeddi (1067).
After a few kilometers on asphalted road we turn left to get to Su Rei where we turn left,
pass over a gate, turn rigth and run along a very long down hill. At the end of the
descent we pass on a little bridge over the river Rio sa Stoia, and begin a climb trought
the lowland near Cu.ru Predalla, where we turn left along another fast down hill
that drive us to a cross where we turn left along another climb to the Niu s'Acchili where
begin the final track with many up and downs, some cross where we go straight to arrive
to S.Paolo where we reach the S.S. 125, we turn right for a few km. to the cars.
