Six routes in the area called "Sulcis Iglesiente", in the districts of the Comunità Montane n° 19 (Sulcis Iglesiente), n° 22 (Basso Sulcis) and n° 23 (Ventitreesima). The itineraries cover altogether 310 km. of the numerose tracks in that area. There are many types of road surface and different level of difficulty, for the beginner and for the expert biker, in the natural habitat of the "M. is Caravius" (1116) and "M.te Arcosu" (948) which dominate the WWF park; "M.te Maxia" (1017) and "P.ta Sebera" (979) which dominate the sea coast of Pula and Teulada; and the "M.te Linas" (1236) the highest mountain in South Sardinia.
